We take maximum precautions to prevent all forms of nosocomial [hospital acquired] infections

Clean and sanitised OPD, we use medical grade germicidal disinfectants and UV lights

Clean and sanitised Wards, by using medical grade disinfectants and UV lights, each and every object like walls, doors, bathroom and its fittings, beds, switches and all patient related accessories are cleaned and disinfected between patient to patient usage.

We give maximum care to operation theatre and its function,

WE FOLLOW CDC GUIDELINES FOR INFECTION PREVENTION

Proper cleaning and disinfection of each and every visible object and its validation are done.

Timely cleaning and disinfection of Air Handling Unit filters,

Optimum usage of Ultra Violet lights to disinfect Air Handling Unit chambers which not many hospitals are not equipped with.

Operative instruments are cleaned with RO water, enzyme cleaners and ultrasonic bathing, later dried with hot air guns and taken to packing sections.

All our instruments packings are done with spun laminated sheets and peel pouches which has pack controls on and in them.

All the necessary checks for our sterilization equipments [Automatic Autoclave and Automatic ETO sterilizer] – class 1, 5,6 pack indicators, process challenge tests like bowie dick packs, Biological indicators, paper print out about the sterilization cycles completion.

We use disposables not reusables to prevent infection.

We do air culture, water culture, validation of air flow in operation theatre, culture swabs of the operation table, wall, floor, ceiling, anaesthesia machine periodically.

All our staff are well aware of the practices and they are periodically checked for their health status.
